bamboo or gauze for summer wrap???

I"m looking at a bamboo wrap and a cotton gauze wrap for summer heat. Which do you think would be better?

The bamboo naturally wicks away moisture and has natural UV protection.

The cotton gauze wrap is cheaper and looks more light weight.

I am looking at wombfruit gauze wrap and sugarsweetbaby bamboo wrap. Both for a 3 week old. Thanks!

Just ordered a cotton gauze wrap from wombfruit.com. I've been hearing that this will be cooler in summer and is 1/2 the cost of the bamboo. Just FYI. I'll post on the coolness factor when I get it! I'm also ordering a mei tai for quick errand running and easier BFing.
