Covers for Kissaluvs?

It's been a long, long time since I've cloth diapered, and things have changed so much! It's kind of overwhelming!

We are expecting a new baby in about 6 weeks. I decided on Kissluvs for the teeny baby stage. What covers work well with Kissaluvs? I have been leaning towards Imse Vimse wraps because they are so soft, but am definitely open to other wraps that have a good reputation for holding in newborn blowouts!

Also, I could use some recommendations for cloth wipes.

Thanks!

I like the Bummis Super Brights and Thirsties covers because they have nice little gussets that help keep explosions contained. I'd go with nb or xs at first. Even if you have fairly big babies, most I've seen do well with the smallest size first for a good fit.

For wipes, I like flannel, or a flannel-sherpa/velour combo.

Congratulations on the new baby on the way!

I liked Thirsties and Imse Vimse with Kissaluvs.

I really liked the Imse Vimse but maybe because they were the only ones in NB size that fit my 10+lber at birth.....I think my other favorite was probably the Thirsties, but they didn't fit him in the NB size I got so I never got to use them......The KL0's I got didn't really fit him at birth either but I squeezed him into a few and the Imse Vimse fit really well over them.

I LOVE kissaluvs terry wipes.....they are soft and have a smooth side and a terry loop side to clean up the messes....I got 3 dz. really cheap from their outlet store that they open up everyone couple months.

I really like Imse Vimse. They are soft and seem cozier than Bummis.... I like wool best though!

Loved Bummis, although I didn't try Imse Vimse wraps on a newborn.

Bummis Super Brite or Thirsties, both in XS/NB.

Thirsties fan here. And I used double layer flannel wipes.

Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and the birth!

Here is an awesome table from kissaluvs that shows which covers work best with their diapers hope this helps!

We did BSWW (both NB and small) on size 0 and they worked well.

And stay with PUL. Wool and Kissaluvs don't go well together in my experience.

Most covers work fine with Kissaluvs. They are not a bulky or otherwise hard to cover diaper. Thirsties and Bummis make the best PUL covers, I like Sugar Peas, Aristocrats, and Disana for wool. Sugar Peas also makes some great fleece covers.

We used both NB size BSWW and XS Thirsties. I liked the Thirsties better because of the leg gussets and because they run a little larger so they last longer.

I'm a fan of Bummis. Easy and inexpensive, without feeling icky to the touch.
