Are you talking about their regular diaper cream? I've used it with pockets and had no problems. Burt's Bees or Wedela are also ok. IF you get repelling (which is unlikely unless you are using a ton of it or the use of it is very prolonged) you can just strip them.
If it has zinc in it, it is not okay for cloth diapers.
I've never heard that. I'm pretty sure all the diaper creams have zinc in them, and I've used them with cloth, and it was fine. Now, if you use them all the time every day then it's a problem.
I've used it (and burts bees and a couple of others) Once in awhile it leaves a gray stain and if I've used a ton, I might need to wash carefully with lots of hot to get it all out, but no long-term problems.
I've used Angel Baby bottom balm, california baby, and burt's bees, and I've never had problems with either my cotton diapers or my Happy Heiny's pockets, or my bumkins AIO's. . .
