Advice for the uncrafty?

I am so not crafty! But, I want to put together a gift basket for the nurses when I have my baby. In the basket I'm going to have some snacks, chocolate, and 2 bags of coffee.

How can I make it look pretty?

You can always place the items on a bed of basket type 'grass' which is basically shredded paper. I can find some good colours at our local Dollar Tree.

You could add some dried flowers around the items to spruce it up, or find some pretty ribbon and wrap it around the basket and make a bow. Or get one of those big cello type bags to put the basket in and tie a bow.

If you could find some nice, pretty pens you could throw them in a well. A nurse is always looking around for a nice pen. LOL

Some pretty ribbon goes a long way, just play around with some it makes a big difference.
