I recently moved to South Lyon and am looking for a babysitter for 1-2 mornings a week plus an afternoon/evening on occasion in my home for my 22-month old cloth diaper wearing energetic boy. I have posted on Craig's List but haven't found a good fit yet. I am expecting in August (#2) so I may need a little more help after the baby comes. I will be taking a 6-week maternity leave from work this fall (possibly longer depending upon Dad's employment situation) and could need someone more regularly for the fall/spring semester. The nanny we had before did light cleaning (dishes, folding/ironing laundry, sweeping/vacuuming and prepared healthful snacks and meals). We paid her $7.00/hour. She cannot make the commute from Warren.
