PLEASE Spam me!!! Cloth for a SN child almost too big for Pull-Ups?

My little man has severe autism, and is so far away from using the potty that I've stopped daydreaming about it. He was in Swaddlebees until he outgrew the largest size - babies and kids with autism often have bloated tummies because of digestive issues, so he outgrew them sooner than he would have otherwise. We didn't know of his autism then, so we switched back to disposables, figuring it wasn't going to be long before he was out of them. Now he only fits into size 6 Huggies (none of the more eco-friendly brands fit, and I'm sick of them! He's sensitive to the paper feeling, and I'm sensitive to the fact that one, my little one isn't as comfortable as he should be, and also, that his poor bum is covered in processed fibre and chemicals 24/7! I'm trying to get rid of the last of the toxic junk in our house for the sake of our kids, and one of the most toxic things of all is right on his butt.

So, does ANYONE know of anyone who sells cloth that's soft, and also trim, that would fit a child of around 45 lbs???

I haven't used these but you could try http://www.adultclothdiaper.com/ which has a selection for youth.

how about happy heiny pocket trainers? like a pocket dipe, but a pull up and they come quite large AND i think they will make custom too if you need them bigger, but the lg is 40-50 lbs.

We use the happy heiny pocket trainers for night-time, my daughter is 40 lbs and 41" tall. She wears the medium stuffed with two inserts. I dont' really consider it a "trim" fit though.

of these I prefer the bumwear pocket trainers for trimness - you'll have to measure for rise and leg holes to see if they fit (size chart is there if you click on bum wear)

The Happy Heiny while not trim hold the most in terms of stuffing so are the most absorbent.

If he's a super soaker get the Happy Heiny or Bum Wear if they'll fit. If he's a big guy - the HH won't be so bulky. I prefer snaps - they make them easier to stuff and are pulled on and off like undies - the snaps won't leak.

The rest of them aren't really water proof on that page....only good for ooops I trickled and I'll finish peeing in the potty accidents.........

These might work - but I've never used - they also have a stuffable trainer which may be better....

There are people on etsy.com who may be able to make you a custom pair.

I noticed that Bumkins has a youth size.

I would suggest the Happy Heinys. They also make specialty diaper sizes, so you could get the diapers instead of the trainers if you wanted something slimmer.

I think those would really work well.

XL Fuzzi Bunzs should fit. Those things are GIANT. There aren't any on the seconds site right now, but I've seen them there before.
