How long to keep cooked potatoes?

I boiled up a bag of potatoes last wed that were about to go bad. They're peeled and have been in the fridge since then. Can I still use them? I'd hate to throw them out...

Last Wednesday, as in 6 days ago? I'd still use them. Or I'd mash them and pop them in the freezer.

They smell fine? Aren't turning blackish? I'd use them in a recipe that brings them back up to temperature. (i.e. no potato salad.) In a omelette, yum? Hash browns? Or maybe mash them and make them into croquettes patties with some meat in it :-)

OOOooo! This sounds good. I know the kids will love it. What kind of meat do I mix with it? I'm thinking something like cooked sausage meat thats out of the casings ie. ground meat?
