SIL adopting

My SIL is going to be adopting a baby boy that is due on July 7th. I know there are a couple of you who have experienced this first hand so I wanted to ask so I can pass her the information. What does she need to do to ensure the baby boy does NOT get circumcised???

You may want to x post on the adoptive/foster board. It is my understanding that until the adoption is final, the adoptive parents have no say. Have they spoken to the birth mother about this?

They need to start by finding out if the birth mom will ask for it. If she is against, or just hasn't even thought about it, then there is no problem.
