Hello, all!
I got a BFP this morning, 15 dpo! We're thrilled to be expecting #2. I'm due sometime in the middle of Feb- maybe the 12th? I'm hoping for a VBAC, so this baby better be on time! (I was induced at 42 weeks with #1!)

Hi all! I already posted on the getting to know you thread, but I'm popping in here as well to say that I'm knocked up with all of you! :

We were traveling last weekend with family so I was sneakily testing in the hotel bathroom on a couple of mornings (we aren't telling quite yet). First + on 12dpo was so faint that I didn't really trust it, got a darker line on 14dpo and again today, so I'm in!

Based on O-date I'm due Feb 14, 2010. Very excited about that!

This is our first so I have a lot to soak in. Looking forward to spending the next 9 months + w/ you all.

I got a positive test yesterday. Due date is 2/16

This will be DC3. DS1 is three. We lost DS2 at 23 weeks due to incompetent cervix and possibly also placental abruption. *sob*

So, I'm thrilled and terrified at the same time. We've been trying for 6 months, and charting that long. This last cycle I added clomid after meeting with my ob for a fertility eval. And, after that one cycle, here I am!

DS1 was born with midwives in a freestanding birth center. This wee one will be born in a hospital, and, due to my history, my pregnancy will be heavily managed, with bedrest, cervix ultrasounds, and cerclage. For me and my body, this is how this is going to play out, and I hope to be able to bring home a sweet living baby.

I look forward to getting to know you mamas.

I am expecting #3. Looks like I am due around 2/12/10 I am super nervous and really hoping this baby sticks!

Wow, that is also my due date and I also had an early miscarriage with my 3rd. I'm glad we are both here.

Hi Everyone!

Like SoVeryBlessed (neat name!) I just found out I am expecting #4!

My husband has been working overseas since October, just got home May 5th...and gosh, that was FAST! It was unexpected though as we immediately were using precautions due to a serious medical treatment I am on (MTX).

My first son was born pre-term and has mild cerebal palsy. But otherwise very healthy and happy kid! Now almost 9 years old. I had an OB/GYN for him, and it is a great choice for many but for me it was a NEVER AGAIN, lol. Busted tailbone and rather violating experience to say the least.

Son 2 and son 3 I had great midwives! Son 2 was a dream birth, I did Bradley Method and was up and walking around, felt energized and like on a high immediately after birth, such a difference. I actually said, "let's do it again!" But then I assumed #3 would be just as easy and that little bugger...although I went all natural and birthed on a birth stool....oh he hurt!!! and I said, "this is the last kid!".

And here I am now, lol. Planned a waterbirth with #3 but he came on quick, born 2 hours after the first felt contraction, and we ended up at a different hospital that my midwives worked at because it was closer, lol! I'd like to plan for a waterbirth again.

I've lost 4 babies, which had me hesitant to join the board. But after I saw the long list of other mamas in a thread in this DDC that have lost and have joined this club, I decided to lurk a bit anyway.

That reminds me...I forget who it was, but about 8 or so months back, an MDC'er was talking in TAO about how she was 9 months pregnant and ROASTING hot. She lived in the country so she stepped out on the porch naked and sat for a while (it was nighttime). Then someone drove up...a policeman friend of theirs or something...she said he swears he didn't see anything...she earned a DDDDC for that one!!

I have one daughter who is 3 right now and as far as I can tell I'm going to be due right around the middle of february.

Jan or Feb can't decide!

Hi mommies! I am new to MDC. I use to hang out at babyfit a lot, but MDC is a lot more like minded and I feel like it is a better fit for me. Just hard to get used to a new system. :-)

This is my 7th pregnancy, I have 5 children, 2 of which we recently adopted from Ethiopia. I have had 3 miscarriages so we are holding our breath during this first trimester.

This pregnancy was a total surprise and shock but still welcomed. We had only been home about 10 days with our new kiddos when this one was conceived. My LMP I would be due the end of January, but I know that I O'd late (with traveling to Africa and the stress involved!) and this little one is actually a result of my DH's birthday request. So if I go by conception date I would be due Feb. 2... My momma's birthday!!

Can't wait to get to know you all!
