has anyone listened to the twilight audiobooks? if you haven't and you would like to listen to a preview they have one on the page where you can buy the book on ITUNES.

i ask because i listened to the preview of the twilight audio books and the narrator sounds like she is reading a book to a classroom full of kindergartners... thats the only way i can really explain it. i want to know if its just me or if it really sounds that way. i also was wondering if its just the preview or is the whole audio book like that? i really wanted to be able to listen to them but i am not sure i can tolerate her narration... so for those of you liked reading the books have you tried listening?

The reader is terrible, terrible, terrible. I really enjoy the books and I couldn't even make it through the first audiotape. It sucked big time. I would suggest not wasting your money.

I am listening to Twilight on audio when I walk on my treadmill and I've enjoyed the narration.

Different strokes for different folks.

I do like the guy who narrates Jacob's part in Breaking Dawn. But, I agree.. I do not like the normal "Bella" narrator. I thought the same as a previous poster... I LOVE listening to the Harry Potter audiobooks (over and over and over) but these are just not the same for me. They are still entertaining but I wouldn't pay money for them. I got them from our library.
