Congrats to all the new Mamas! Ethan is finally here!. He was born 5/23 at 3:32 AM 7lbs. 8oz. 19.5 inches. 1.5 hours of labor, 22 minutes at the birth center and 2 pushes in the tub! Home by 9 AM. Whew that was fast!!!! Hypnobirthing was amazing I had a very easy and smooth labor and delivery not pain free but so much more managable than my last two births. So peaceful my husband said he couldn't even tell I was in labor I was silent the entire time. I was able to breathe the baby down and only "push" twice once at the very end of crowning and then again to delivery the shoulders. Delivering in the water was amazing I had no tears and virtually no swelling. I didn't even have to ice my perineum!!!! 3 days later and I feel like I didn't even give birth! He is nursing like a champ and my milk came in today. I'm on a baby high! Happy babymoon to us all
