Happy Heiny's Pocket Trainers size Q

Do the Happy Heiny's Pocket Trainers run a bit big or small?

I have a 34 lb, 3.5 year old who is mostly night trained and I want to get some cloth trainers for the night instead if using pull ups.

They say the small size goes to 35 pounds so should I get him a couple of smalls or should I get the medium size? He is very tall and skinny and has no chub on his thighs or bum whatsoever.

They run big - My kid is 33 pounds and not quite 3.5. Very tall and thin. He wears mediums - they are poofy but don't wick at the legs or gap. I bought them when he weighed more (35 pounds and was chubby and shorter....) thinking he'd be in the next size soon. I think you could get away with a small but if you think your LO will be in them awhile medium should work. My kid has stick legs ........

Bum Wear is a trimmer fit that's stuff-able...

mine wears a medium in that and they fit much nicer - but you can't get 2 prefolds in there - one and an insert or 2 inserts.....or 1 insert and 2 flats.....

Thanks! I went ahead and got the small and if he outgrows them soon I can pass them down to my 2 year old. He's pretty much night trained (only wakes up wet maybe 1 out of every 25) nights, but I keep him in pullups at night because I'm too lazy to change sheets in the middle of the night if he were to have an accident.
