I just did a google search to get the facts. I was actually going to start another one on sunday but I had to go back four pages to find it and even then it only had about twenty replies. I figured we just are not a chatt y bunch lol

I'm 8wks today. Nausea on and off pretty much all day and night but seabands and homeopathics have been helping some since Saturday. I'm also very, very tired...and I feel like I have to eat every hour or 2 or I feel sicker! I met with one of the midwives last week and have my next appt. at 12wks.

Today is weird because I suddenly feel like my uterus is sticking way out! Very odd feeling...

well I'm 8 weeks today, wowza! It's been a month since I found out, and yet it feels like it's been at least twice that long. I second whoever said that time goes so.very.slowly. At least right now. Then before you know it we'll be sharing birth stories

I'm going in tomorrow to have my HCG checked again, my nausea seems to have abated and it seems to early for that to happen. It kicked on right at 5.5 weeks and then the last coupla days hasn't seemed too bad. So we'll see, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for good news. I'm nauseated & bloated, my boobs were sore and have gotten bigger but now they don't hurt. My belly has totally popped though, it's crazy! I know I had abdominal muscle separation with DS, and I can tell that it's affecting how quickly I'm showing now. It's all my upper stomach, guess everything is getting pushed up, but I look more like 4 months prego instead of 2 Well off to bed, I'm so tired today! (wonder why?)

I guess I am lazy I can add the weekly info if ppl want?

ETA: links to weekly info added in first post! enjoy!

Is it just me, or does anyone else have to pee like ...well... a mother?

For the past month, I've been waking at least once a night with the excruciating need to urinate. Ugh. This happens to coincide with DD (20 months) finally sleeping through the night. :P At least I am sleeping a bit more..

6w +5d

Little heartburn once in a while, nauseous once in a while (do not make buttered micro popcorn around me!), boobs hurt. But all in all--nearly no symptoms. Weird though--I don't feel like I can suck in my belly. I do and not much happens.

I almost fainted in the shower yesterday...while holding my child. It was not a good moment.

Haha, I can't suck in my belly either. Its like I have totally lost control of those muscles.

I just called my midwife because I'm battling a really nasty cold that I think has turned into an inefction. Weird because I NEVER, EVER got sick while pregnant with Robin (although I was terribly nauseous, and this time so far I'm feeling pretty good with occasional nausea/heartburn). Guess I'll take some abx and hope it goes away soon.

I keep expecting to feel worse... but there's plenty of time for that :P. I'm supposed to be resting while my sister takes my daughter on a walk!

So apparently after my appt with my MW yesterday I am closer to 6 weeks, not 5.

I'm feeling totally nauseous today and really tired. DD is learning to walk and all she wants to do is hold my hand and walk around the house all day. I soooo don't have the energy for that!

I do. I fainted a couple of weekends ago before I even knew that i was pregnant. I haven't fainted since but I get light headed really frequently.

Wait What??

I haven't been food journalling lately because I have been eating so frequently so as not to vomit. So, I just looked at my calander.

I am two days away from week 8!!! I was in shock! Shows you how out of it I have been!!

I'm poochin' out too!

Unfortunately, my overall flab is a lot more than I'm happy with right now, so I can't blame it entirely on the sprout! About a year ago, while TTC, I switched to an Rx that's deemed safer for pregnancy, but which had the lovely side effect of adding 20lbs to my already "healthy" frame. I've always been 15-30lbs heavier than I'd like, but adding the extra cushioning pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Ah, well - for the next 7 or 8 months my vanity is NOT what's important, right?

Anyway, I have my 1st u/s on Monday. Getting very nervous about seeing a heartbeat. Last time it was just an empty sac, rapidly making its way out.
: that this time will be a completely different story!

I'd like to do a PG journal this time...

Before this baby comes I want to get all my photos from my pregnancy with DD and her birth organized and printed into an album.

Well, it's official...I've gotten bigger. *sigh* Sixth kid so I expected it but man...I just put on a pair of shorts that I wore last week just fine and I could button but not zip them... :P

Carmen- where do you get the seabands? do you have any issues when you take it off?

I would seriously do ANYTHING to feel better at this point. Ive got to figure something out because I cannot just keep laying on the couch all the time!

Another thing is Ive got a tooth ache...have any of you other mamas had dental work done while preg? I want to try and wait for the second trimester, but I think if I put it off and get an infection that would be even worse.
