Spam me with what you put in your green smoothies! I have tons of fresh spinach and a dd who wants to drink lots of 'meek' I'd rather sub in some healthy smoothies if I can...she'd like something with a sweet flavor.

This is the basic recipe I recommend (there is plenty of room to adjust to your taste):

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup of pineapple (or...blueberry, apple, peach, mango)
- 1 1/2 cup fresh greens (~2 kale leaves, ~2 chard leaves, ~1 handful spinach)
- 1 pint/16 oz water (or as needed for desired consistency)

optional (for added sweetness if necessary):
- 3 dates (fresh dates without the pit)

Enjoy!
