I am trying to incorporate recipes from the Eat Clean diet into my family's meals. I cannot find an Eat Clean Ranch dressing recipe and was wondering if anyone here could help me out. I would like it for dipping veggies as well as pasta salad. Somehting creamy yet mostly healthy!!! Thanks!!!

What exactly is in it that isn't "clean?"

This one looks benign enough - it's up to you what brand of wet stuff you mix it with.

I'm not sure what "eat clean" is, but we like the pioneer woman's ranch dressing.

I use Duke's mayo, buttermilk, and I always add worchestershire and Texas Pete (others are okay, but I love my Texas Pete).

Joy of cooking (the '97 edition) has one that is pretty clean -- just salt, garlic, chives, and buttermilk, with a bit of sour cream or mayo. Oh, and some lime juice.
