Our conversation went something like this (can't remember every word, but this is close)
DH: You know, not circ'ing your son is really the easy way out. You don't have to DO anything! All you have to do is just say NO!
Me: Yes, you're right. Can you imagine going to find a doctor to do the circ, figuring out if your insurance covers it or coughing up the cash, dealing with the procedure actually getting done and all the pain of your baby, and dealing with post-op care for a newborn for a week, and then dealing with possible adhesions and meatal stenosis down the road?
DH: Nope, I can't. I'd rather do the easy thing and just refuse it.
Me: I married such a smart guy!
