Rash - Could this be a vaccine reaction?

We have a son that was adopted at 3 months old. He received one vaccine at birth and a ton of vaccines at 2 months old.

He tested positive for an egg white allergy. He is negative for allergies to soy, dairy, peanuts, dust, mold, cats, egg yolk, corn & fish. Could this be vaccine/immune related?

Pictures here...(4.5 months old now)

So here's the history...

It started on his head (cradle cap) and spread to his forehead, down his face, then down his neck and finally the trunk of his body. His legs are not affected and his arms are mild. It has slowly gotten worse over the course of 2.5 months. His hair is falling out. It starts out as bumps and turns into raised, scaly, red patches. It oozes in some of the worse areas.

Definitely.

I had a rash that lasted several years after just one shot as an adult. The body is trying to eliminate all those toxins through the skin.

Poor baby. Beautiful baby. I'd find a good naturopath.

I forgot to add. Don't ask the doctor if it is vaccine-related. He'll deny it and then make you feel bad for suggesting it. He'll say it's an allergy and then give you no explanation or help.

I would caution blaming vaccines and definitely see someone who could work on a diagnosis with you. If your current doc is not getting answers, I would seek another opinion.

Also, you may want to try contacting Dr Sears with your rash pictures; he may have some ideas. He has successfully diagnosed a few rashes that were giving a few other moms I know problems.

It could be an allergic reaction to anything. Vaccines included.

Have you tried changing your laundry detergent to a natural one? Eliminating fabric softeners? What about lotions and shampoos (both yours and his)?

My dd had a bad skin reaction to tagless labels that were in the back of one particular brand of clothes (not sure if I can list it here), and when I realized what it was and covered those tags, that helped.

Have you tried putting him in only cotton fabrics? Some babies are allergic to wool. My best friend is allergic to all metals except stainless steel, so if you are touching him with jewelry, that could cause it too.

imo they messed up his immune system and he is reacting to it. Poor baby. It will take years for that to work its way out of his system again. I hope you don't continue to vaccinate and avoid all allopathic meds as much as possible, especially abx. That is his one chance to get over it - eventually.
