My grandfather passed away about two months ago. He left a recent will in the United States but he had a will in South Africa (he lived there for several months a year) from 2007 as well. This will predates the United States one but the person my mother has been speaking to says that the South African will is the one the courts will use. My mother would like to see her father's wishes honored and is not happy with this potential outcome.

Since we do not know the man she is corresponding with (and he and his family stand to benefit financially far more under the old will) we would like to have an independent party look at everything for a second opinion. Does anyone have a recommendation for an estate attorney (or the equivalent) in South Africa? The home and accounts in dispute are in Cape Town/Somerset. Thank you!
