I have a package of tofu (a huge sealed slab I bought at the co-op) that I opened and used part of about 10 days ago. I submerged it in water and sealed it in a dish. I kept meaning to get to it, but didn't until today and wanted to make it for supper, but now I'm not sure if it's still good! It smelled a little "off" when I opened the container, I didn't change the water at all before today, but I rinsed it well just nowand it *seems* ok.
Can we still use it? Will it make you actually sick if it's too old, or will it just taste funny??
