I've been pregnant 2 years in a row so my body is probably drained of nutrients now and I'm starting to feel a little disconnected from my kids and DH. Plus we've been under a bit of stress with the threat of losing both our jobs or taking a harsh pay cut which will almost equal the amount of our mortgage payment.
To top it all off I've been really nauseous this time around and haven't been able to eat well or take my CLO. The nauseousness is staring to get a little better though. I was able to take a CLO capsule last night so that's encouraging. What else would be good for my mood? I'm scared of taking anti-depressants but I have done so along time ago. Oh and I have an appt with an Endocrinologist next month for a thyroid work up because I'm suspicious that I may have hypothyroid like my mom and sister which I know could be causing my mood issues as well. TIA for any advice!
