NWA playgroup for BOTH parents?

We (my husband and I) are looking for a playgroup in the NWA area that is welcoming of both mothers AND fathers. My husband is a SAHD and is as much interested in being in a playgroup with our son as I am. I looked at a list of playgroups in the NWA area on meetup.com and every one of them are either for moms only or only mentions moms and children being in the group. Surely my husband isn't the only father out there interested in being involved with a playgroup.

You might try Progressive Parents of Fayetteville (PPOF). They're on Facebook. So far, my dh is the only male member and there's not a lot going on, but they do have a fairly active preschool co-op and, from what I understand, he would totally be welcome there. I don't attend since my kids aren't really the right ages, but might start going when the baby gets a bit older.

Hopefully he'll find something!

Thanks for the reply. I think our son is too young right now, but it is something to keep in mind.
