How can I find address for my dd to write Erin Hunter?

My dd : loves : the Erin Hunter Warrior books. I suggested writing to her, (we know she is actually 3 people) but I can't find an address. Anyone able to help? Thank you!

Click on "meet Erin Hunter" and scroll to the bottom to "ask Erin Hunter". Not sure she'll get an answer, but she could definitely write in.
