Does sprouted flour need to be soak before use to neutralize the phytates?

no. it was soaked to sprout before it was ground. maybe a 2nd soaking would eliminate more p.a.?

No, but I often soak or sour mine anyway because I'm no used to cooking that way. With sprouted flour, the grain has essentially already been soaked-albeit not in an acid solution.
