online source for childrens books for *themes*?

Does anyone know of a source online that gives suggestions for various themes/subjects for children.

for instance if we had a unit about solar systems I could look up childrens books and get suggestions for titles/ages. I know I can just do a type search online at the library but then it'll bring every book about it. I wanted something that was more weeded out for *junk* say if we studied dinosaurs I could search dinosaurs and get great childrens books.

I really like the sonlight method of having lots of literature for various units of study. I am using their reading lists, but wanted more resources.

Last time I was at our library I noticed they had lists of books that fit particular themes: dinosaurs, outer space, ballet, etc. I would call or stop in and visit with your local children's librarian. They are usually very helpful!

It's just getting started, but I'm aiming to support that on my website. People can add books, and tag them, and then find other books and websites that are similarly tagged.

Here's a link to a book, so you can see what it's like:

Thanks everyone!! Im bookmarking these lists. I currently have a very long wish list on amazon

Im doing some *theme boxes* to either pull for our HS curriculum or on bad weather days/weekends and such. I want to put various books, activities, crafts items in them to do and store them each in labeled containers. I often by stuff for certain themes/units and then cant find them or forget about a book/craft project. This way it also gives the boys some options of picking what they want to do.
