What is most likely to have caused continued vomiting in mom and toddler - kombucha or porridge?

I'll be brief cause I'm sick. We had lactofermented porridge this AM. I set it out Thursday night but didn't make it Friday morning, instead made it this morning. Oats, water, whey. We also had the first of our batch of kombucha, and it's the first batch. We had a very non-traditional foods frozen spinach and mushroom pizza. The vomiting is still going. Thoughts?

First batch of kombucha? That would be my guess.
I would think the oatmeal would be fine. Did it taste okay?

I'm so sorry! I hope you feel better.

If you had more then a couple of sips on your first tasting, that may be the reason. But not likely.
I am more inclined to think its a coincidence. You likely have caught a bug somewhere, and it chose this morning to make its presence known. Or, that frozen pizza had something in it.
