I didn't really notice this problem in the beginning, or perhaps it developed over time. Anyhow, my blood sugar levels have been pretty low. Had the doc run some tests and everything else came back normal. He did all sorts of thyroid testing too. But the only problem was my blood sugar being below normal. I need some suggestions on great filling snacks full of protein. I'm a vegetarian (but not vegan), Any ideas?

one thing that has REALLY helped me is taking a chromium supplement. i get it at my local health food store. its recommended for people with hypoglycemia, diabetes, ect.. it levels out blood sugar in amazing ways. i take it once in the morning & once in the evening. i think 100 mcg but i would have to double check. it helps with that feeling of being hungry all day, and really helps me with mood swings due to my blood sugar dropping/spiking with lack of food or food intake.. i would check it out. i know quite a few people who take it and also have similar results.
i would aslo suggest high protein, low sugar foods. i find when i cut out all unnatural sugar and really lower natural sugar in my diest i feel much better, not so many ups and downs in blood sugar.
i try eat nuts, nut butters a lot as a quick snack..usually with some veggie like cellery or carrots...
