thirsties sz compared to bummis

just wondering how their sizing compares. dd is in size small bummis and she has a ways to go before they're outgrown. she is outgrowing other size smalls though, so i need some advice before i can figure out what size thirsties to buy. thanks!

they are in between bummis sizes. here's how they are from smallest to largest

nb B, xs Th, s B, s Th, m B, m Th, l B, l Th

DD is 16lbs & can wear a S thirsties or a M bummis

I love how their sizes stagger. It helps to keep DD in a cover that fits well.

My not-so-unbiased experience: Bummis fit, and Thirsties do not.

Whether they fit depends on the shape of your child. Thirsties have a lower, wider cut than Bummis.

Haven't tried Bummis, but the Thirsties work well for my shorter, wider baby.
