So very, very tired...

Anyone else having days where they are unbelievably tired?
My iron is fine, and my m/w seems to think all else is well.

There are mornings where an hour after waking up I could go right back to sleep. Before DD, I could have. I remember feeling this way when pg with her too, vaguely.

Any suggestions for some energy? I keep joking that I'm going to have to start drinking coffee while pregnant. I am just draaaaaaaaagging.

I get this way especially if I do not eat enough. I find if I eat something with protein I tend to wake up more. But sometimes I agree I could just sleep, and sleep and sleep no matter what I do.

I am super super sleepy some days, too. I'm trying to go to bed earlier, but the days I have to get up at 6 a.m. to work, omg, it's a killer. It's hard to be nice to my patients and think straight to do my paperwork. Thank goodness my 2 yo ds has been cooperating with nap-times lately, cuz that means I get one, too!

Oh my, I have done pretty much nothing all weekend and despite a long nap everyday, I still feel like I could sleep more. In fact, I just asked me my husband if I could just sleep the rest of the pregnancy?

I just had my iron test and I am slightly anemic so I am taking Floradix. Hopefully it will help out.

Drinking nettle tea energizes me. And make sure you are getting lots of protein, too. Not getting enough makes me feel really draggy.

Hope you feel better!!!

The past two weeks I have been fine, but the week before that I was exhausted! It's like I have weeks where my body is going through growing and shifting pains that makes me really tired and then I have weeks where I am fine. Not sure what to do for some extra energy though.

I am ridiculously tired all day.. My dr said my iron was "fantastic" so i dont its not anemia..
I know it's from my lack of sleep due to constant urination and the inability to get comfortable while I sleep. Half of that thanks in large part due to my husband needing to be ON TOP OF ME in my sleep. Last night I resorted to kicking him in the kneecaps to keep him on his side of the bed. He used to be fine with his pillows.. now he needs me under his arm or foot or some part of him, and its making me nuts! every nap I take lasts like 3 hours! Its like a whole nights sleep once hes gone! hahahahaha

There are days when I will literally sleep until 11am when DH is home. (this was only able to be started after an all out brawl about how unhelpful, and non-understanding he was being about me being preg, and taking care of the other kids even though he has been laid off at home too.)
Most of the time I will take a short snooze on the couch when the 2yr old is napping in the afternoon too. I just feel so drained and weak some days I wonder how I'll make it the next 10 weeks.

I'm tired too and I don't think it's iron related. I'm wondering if it's B vitamin related? I just started taking a B complex liquid and hopefully I'll feel more energized soon.
