I don't think I'm going to meet my goal of 20 no spend days since I've already spent $ every day this month . Since this is my first month on the no-spend challenge I think I'm going to change my no spend day goal to 15 days. Hopefully I can reach that goal! Today I did all my grocery shopping for the week so maybe I'll rack up some no spend days this week. My main problem is that I make multiple trips to the store a week. Meal planning and making grocery lists would help with that, I'm sure .

Print out your credit & debit card statements for the last three months and highlight spending in different colors. We figured out that every time we ate out it was going on a credit card instead of paying cash. Good luck!
