Possible accidental pregnancy "TF Triage"?

Ok so if you had an "accidental" baby dance moment and you "realize" that it (timing wise) could result in a pg : ... what sort of "TF" triage (panic ) would you do?

What would you do (especially if health has been recently poor) over the next two weeks to try to "patch" up your body until you knew if you were ?

: Uh just asking for a friend.

I'll just say, I've got some (pastured) chicken livers thawing in the fridge! lol

I'd actually start remembering to take my cod liver oil.

Um, haven't you been lurking on the TF pregnancy threads for a couple years now? I wouldn't know that if I hadn't been lurking myself.

bone broth, organ meats, nettles/red raspberry leaf/alfalfa infusions, CLO-- and take time to feel good and relax!

My brain is still half asleep, partly due to my surprise pregnancy... but I'd try to get lots of folate. Leafy greens are one source, and I think liver and eggs are good sources, too.

And if you drink coffee or caffeinated tea, wean off.

Yaaaaawn... I at least had managed to switch from coffee to tea (with less caffeine), but haven't gone caffeine-free. I should. I know I should. But... yaaaaawwwn... I think you can see why I still have one cup. I think I should go make that cup now.

Raw cow's milk is a good source of folate! Raw goat's milk, not so much.

Anything else? I think nuts are a good suggestion. Especially walnuts since those contain Omega 3s. :

Grassfed Beef
Buffalo
Leafy Green vegetables
Dandelion Root Tea
Nettle Tea
Milk (goat or cow)
EV Coconut Oil
EV, CP Olive Oil

I have never heard of this. Please explain!
I can't imagine how sour a second ferment will be.

Good news, that uh "friend" is not pg. Crisis avoided. Though it did give her a kick in the pants for the future.
