Oh I wish he could adopt him! Sadly, the biological father refuses to sign his rights away, (a control thing for him), and we can't do the adoption without that.

It's so sad. When DS was about 6, he said he felt like DP was his dad, and his bio dad was his uncle.
Anyways, I would love to have a boy to carry on the name, seeing how DP is his fathers only child, but without paying a lot of money, we cant expect that.
