Thanks for the welcome, unfortunately I may not be staying around here, i just tested again and got BFN. I don't really know what is going on. If you want to see my whole previous explanation go to the TTC thread and click on the "ummmmm am i pregnant?" thread.

my first day of a missed period wouldn't be until this upcoming thurs. so i'm keeping my fingers crossed that the different brand of pee stick just isn't recognizing it yet...

I'll let you know though either way!

I'm testing early too...and got a positive on saturday and a negative today! aggghhh! I hope things work out for us! What test did you use?

The first one that i used and got a BFP was a cheapie rite-aid brand with blue dye (i've heard that they are not as reliable).

The BFN was on a First Response (but not the early result kind) and my first day of AF is supposed to start on Thursday. I am gonna wait until tomorrow (wed) and try again since i bought a four pack hehe.

I shouldn't be so disappoinnted since we weren't even "trying" but I am I was so excited that we might have a little valentine's day baby

Oh well, back to TTA until next summer (our original plan and DH won't budge on it even though he WAS excited at the possibility of THIS being a BFP)

I don't want to give you false hope, but I have never gotten a BFP until AF is at least a week and a half late... just something to keep in mind... without AF, there is still a chance.

Today my AF was supposed to start and hasn't yet...then i started feeling really dizzy a few times and had a little wet discharge (not af-like) so i guess i'm holding onto a little hope afterall.

I am a maybe too! We weren't trying, but had a 'condom malfunction' on O day I hope you get your BFP soon & AF stays away Holly. I will be testing in the morning, but will only be 11 DPO, so it may not tell me anything yet.

I think I'm here too, but AF not due until the end of the week. With my daughter I was sure I was PG and the first test, on my first missed day, was BFN. I was depressed and still feeling sure I was... I waited a few days and BFP! This time around I feel the same symptoms and I am pretty sure I'm expecting. We started trying 2 weeks ago. A little shocking for it to happen so fast, but it was the same with DD. Doesn't leave much time to process! I really hope this is our month, because I'd love a Pisces in the family!! I'd say wait to do your test, as hard as it is, to avoid the emotional rollercoaster and make sure to do it with your first pee of the morning!
