So after 22.5 hours of prodromal labor on Sunday, I find out today the baby popped out of my pelvis a bit and turned posterior.

BAH!

I know it must be really frustrating, but try and embrace the prodomal labour as your body's way of trying to get the baby to turn. I birthed a posterior baby that never turned (she couldn't due to very low fluid) and believe me, it wasn't fun! I had a lot of prodomal labour in another pregnancy and I'd trade that for the posterior birth anytime!
