Foods/Herbs/Vitamins for Poor Circulation

I'm not sure if this belongs here, so if it doesn't please feel free to move it.

My husband and I suffer from pretty slow blood circulation, might be due to the fact that we both have extremely low blood pressure.

My husband is trying to find some foods/herbs/vitamins to help with his circulation. His seems to be much worse than mine. His feet are constantly cold and sweaty and it seems that his feet stay this way all the time when they are in shoes.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Kaylee

Here's a few "natural" helpers for low blood circ:

Herbs:
horseradish, angelica, ginger, cayenne, gentian

Hot/Cold Showers - very hot, then very cold, every day

Yoga and/or breathing exercises

Outdoor exercise

Ginger foot baths - slice up a small amount of ginger and put in hot water (as hot as your feet can stand) along with a 1/2 cup of epsom salts.

Good luck, Mary

I think co-enzyme Q-10 is a heart tonic....and since the heart is ciculating the blood..it may help...I've heard some great stories about it. Good luck!
