how often did you do it? i need to lose a few pounds and just wondering how frequently to workout. heh - cutting carbs works on the weight loss too (recalling the big pile of white rice from lunch)

i also have his meditation one... in yosemite... it's stunningly beautiful, but i've never actually done it all the way thru, i get too distracted by the... scenery...
okie - which one is that? is it just meditation or meditation mixed with yoga?

i was rather... obsessive... lol. i did it every day. but i'd been doing yoga every day for most of my life.. it was just a switch from meditative to ... "exercise"...

it's funny, i've been enjoying camp because it's helping me get the meditative practice back, while i've lost the exercise version for a while, due to scheduling...

gosh, when they change the packaging, it makes it hard to know which is what... i think it's this one.... it's yoga poses, but mainly using it to get into meditation... make sense?

I've been enjoying some Bikram yoga this week. Even though it's been about a 100* outside here anyways. I actually don't even notice the heat during the poses, just the resting moments. I'm really loving it.

oooh yoga! I don't know if I'll do any actually technique, but I haven't taught a dance class in a month (stupid economy). I need to do something. My muscles are killing me! good incentive to so a morning ritual! I'll invent my own though I think!
