childcare provider question - vaccinations

I'm going to be taking in 2 children sometime this summer. My boys are not vaccinated and I'm not sure if they ever will be. I'm wondering how those of you who do not vax deal with this issue. Do you tell your families you don't vax? Do you request that recently vaxed children not come to your home?

I'm planning to advertise as being "crunchy", not sure of the specific wording yet, but my community is relatively small so I'm not sure I'll end up with the option of choosing non vaxing families over vaxing.

TIA

I just don't bring it up.

I don't ask that recently vaccinated children not come over. I don't think it would be fair to the parents to miss work because they got their children vaccinated. With infants though, I do worry about a vaccine reaction happening while they're here.
