I think it's a very nice, interesting blog. I love reading about Alaska and you have such a cute little baby!

Love the clean, simple look of your blog. The photos are nice. Your site is easy to navigate and your profile is clear.

I would love to read more about living in Alaska, homeopathy, cooking/recipes, making cheese (is it really that easy?) and other similar topics unless, of course, you want to keep it more of a family journal.

i would like it to be more about that! i am pretty new to this though, and need to become accustomed to staying on topic in my thought process or writing process or whatever.

i should assert that i don't consider myself a writer, at all. i started this blog with an agenda! many people in my life really disrespect many of my parenting choices, general choices, whatever. i thought that i would start a blog as a means of approaching some of these issues, indirectly...i am apparently very passive aggressive!

but it seems to be working!!!

but now i kind of love blogging, so it is really about much more than my "family agenda" so i do kind of want to carve out my niche, so to speak...and i think that writing about my life in alaska is a good idea. there are some things specific to my life that i think are interesting to write about, (gardening, working with victims of domestic violence, etc) but don't necessarily tie together except in my life!

Your kid is so stinkin cute I found myself reading the whole page secretly hoping fr more sweet little munchkin pics, and to my delight there were plenty!

I like the writing style, too, easy to read and I like content.

I did the same thing, I had to keep scrolling to see that beautiful child.

I love the clean look of your blog and the cute header. (Poor Judah, though! Glad she is okay.) I think a good step would be to figure out your goals for the blog and then move on from there. I think some recipes or posts about how you do things would be good. I've been thinking about trying my hand at making wine, but I don't see a post on that on your blog. You just sort of mention it off-hand.

eta: Can i also suggest changing your RSS feed service. I've found that a lot of blogs when I click on the feed button I get a page of jibberish. To subscribe I have to c&p the link into my reader which can be a pain depending on how many kids are climbing on me. I usually just leave the window open intending to do it later and then forget or someone turns off the computer and it is lost. Now, if it is just some weird thing that happens to me, ignore this.
