ack! just popping in quick- i dont remember who i handed down baby boy stuff to but i need some help. apparently a friend of my little sis is one of 7 kids with a single mom. they are living in a hotel. the mom is in labor right now with #8 (a boy). she has nothing - not a stitch of clothes for the baby. i told my mom i would ask around and see if anyone had any nb boy stuff (really i dont think she can keep more then 10 outfits or so with moving from hotel to hotel with 8 kids now) i gave away all my boy stuff smaller then 18-24 mths. please dont give anything you want back as this is a precarious situation and who knows where they will be at any moment.

if you can help post here or drop me a pm

i will be at karate til later tonight so i might not respond back right away.

thanks

Oh that sounds terrible. I think I gave all my stuff away. I will look tonight.

Any pool is fine with me. Shade is perferable..

And if Comommy and/or Eman can come for big kid company that would be loverly.

That sounds terrible. I gave all my newborn stuff to my SIL, who still has them.

I don't think we'll be able to do the pool. The more I think about it, the scarier it sounds with Mr. Daredevil and Miss Scared of Everything. I don't think I could handle it.

We can do it, just tell me when and were, I'm on cabq right now looking for one.

So R's gymnastics teacher is thinking of making her group a 3 day a week class, I'm not sure I'm ready for this.

What about Eisenhower Pool according to cabq.gov they have 2 slides and a kiddie pool. It's Near Juan Tabo and Spain?

ASF, no boy stuff sorry mine is long gone, if she needed girl stuff........

Heart is in tip-top shape. Whatever's happening is not heart-related.

Voted, ASF.

I have newborn boy stuff and am happy to give it. PM me.
kmj - glad to hear about the heart - it is kinda important. I will pm ya about the clothes

doularn and emans - what time are yall going? dd has gymnastics but we may swim a bit.

i dont know how my sibs attract these hopeless sad causes - my other young sis had a boyfriend with the same sitch - 5 kids no dad around - my mom collected blankets for them because they had 2 in the house in the middle of winter and took turns sleeping with it. seriously - these girls find the saddest friends and have to help. my mom has been cooking dinner for them once a week.

thanks all for voting for baby c

We can probably go swimming tomorrow. I feel like I should do something nice for B, since today he said was one of his worst days ever and I never keep my promises...The boy had me in tears. I know most of it was drama, but it still got to me.

What time?

ASF - That is incredibly kind of you and your mom to find stuff for them. What a sad situation.

asf - I'll check to see what I have, but I think all my NB stuff is in storage at MIL's up in Farmington.

We can't do tomorrow, but it sounds like fun!

So, after months of talking about C sleeping in her own bed (and her stayng in ours all night) we finally broke hers down to store it a few days ago. What does the girl do just before bedtime tonight? Decide she wants to start sleeping in her own bed! Crazy girl. So it is all set up, we will see what happens tonight.

Oh, and does anyone have a baby monitor (for other rooms, that is) that we can borrow for a few weeks??

I miss you guys! I feel like it has been forever and I am so out of touch with what is going on with everyone...
I have a monitor. Won't need it unless we go on vacation or when the baby gets here.

I might have baby clothes. Garage is such a mess though...finding might be a problem. Other Mothers has their donated clothes (clothes they didn't buy but people left) that I think they would give to you for free or very cheap.

I want to swim tomorrow. The Spain pool is nice.

ASF, I still have a ton of newborn boy clothes. I can give her some onsies and pants and stuff. It's funny you say you gave away all your 18-24 mos clothes since N hasn't even started wearing that size yet! He's still wearing 9-12 mos!

KMJ - I must have missed something since apparently I don't know what's going on, but im glad his heart is ok! This is H, right? Last I knew you were taking him for a 2nd opinion.

I miss you guys! Work is fun, but busy. It sucks not having internet all day long. Do we have a time for saturday?
Great news KMJ, but then what is up.

The pool opens at 12:30 how about then?

Crazy we will need to do a Saturday for you.

Blue they always want what they can't have, so you want her to sleep in her own bed, nah no fun, oh wait I can't have my cool bed, well then I want it.

pool - we can probably be there by 1ish - is food allowed at this pool? we will be coming straight from gymnastics

so for the hist museum - i have never rode the railrunner and dont know anything about where it is, times, etc. can someone find out so we know when/where to meet etc.

meh - it isnt doing much to beg from my friends for clothes I just feel bad for those kids. My mom hadn't told me before yesterday because she was hoping it would get better and she knew i would freak.

You can bring food to the pool over here, I think it's just things like glass, alcohol ect, that you can't bring. I'll feed mine lunch but bring some snacks.
