I fear what will happen after they look into it is they will clarify it - by exempting it in the criminal code, not including it. But fingers crossed - and that was a good article.

What's really interesting is that Australia used to advocate neonatal circumcision as much, if not more than the US a short time ago. So it is not impossible that the US will move in that direction.

I wonder what happened within their thinking. They all pretty much just stopped doing it.
