I bought a bunch of lunapads after I'd heard such great reviews on them. Well I got them yesterday and tried one on and its horrible! Even on my trimmest pair of underwear it bunches way up and is very uncomfortable. Has this been anyone else's experience? I don't know what to do, is this common with cloth pads? If so I think I will stick to disposables. Should I send them back for a refund and try a different brand?

Hi, this is Madeleine from Lunapads here. We make hundreds of pads at a time, and while we try to make each one perfectly, there can be errors in cutting and sewing that aren't apparent until the pads have been worn and washed. Our products are guaranteed, and we are totally committed to customer satisfaction, so please email us at info@lunapads.com or call 1-888-590-2299 so that we can handle this. Thanks!
