nak Me too- that's why I did it. Uh...and promptly went into debt. And now can't use it because I have to be flexible and home for my babies. Ah well.

If they don't have a MLS program near you, you can use "academic common market (ACM) to do it online at a different school and only pay in-state tuition. I got my degree from FSU but I live in VA. Some specializations require testing or internships or something but some are exclusively online. Check it out yo.

Before kids, what did you do for a job? SAHDaughter, helping out at home (I'm the oldest of 6). Lots of laundry, cooking, cleaning, and milking the cow. Then when I got married basically the same only a different household (with way less laundry since there were only two of us!).

I'm guessing I'm the only one here who has never had an out of the home job? I've done tutoring, babysitting, and baking, but never had an actual job.

What do you do now? SAHM. Kicking around ideas for working from home...I'd love to open an Etsy shop, but I don't want to commit to something that will get too time consuming and unmanageable, so I'm still on the fence.

Will you get a job after kids grow some/off to school/etc? If I ever don't have small children, I'd love to become a doula or maybe even a midwife. At some point we'll have a milk cow again, I'd like to sell raw milk and expand that to selling bread and other products out of my home.
