It is very pretty but you can probably make a similar one on your own scrapbook-style so you can personalize it. It would probably cost less than half and it will be more sentimental because it will be made by you with love.

So funny...my SIL messaged me the other day with that exact link and asked, "if I ordered one of these for you would you be happy?" . I told her "yes" but that there would be no promises from me that I'd ever actually fill it out!
