Safe or no? Something has been chomping on my bell pepper plants, but I'm afraid to use anything on them. I saw some insecticide soap at Walmart, but its like Orkin brand or something. Not sure if I trust it. 
Has anyone else tried it? If not, what do you use to keep the bugs away?
