How much does your little one sleep?

I'm 31.5 weeks and this little one seems so busy all the time. When I do catch her sleeping I don't want to disturb her because it seems like she's up so much.

I'm also on procardia for preterm labor and I don't know if that is part of it or not. But, I've only been on it for a week and it seems her awake times were getting longer before I started it.

Anyone else? I'm kind of worried that she is going to be as busy and high needs as her brother.

I was wondering if they are kicking and moving while asleep...you know how newborns have all kinds of CRAZY reflexes while they sleep.

I was thinking that I sure hope so at least because otherwise he could be awake ALL the time!!!!!

My little one has definitely developed a little sleeping pattern. She sleeps a bit during the day and wakes back up around 9pm and is super active until about 11. I'm scared for what this means when she's on the outside! I've got a little night own in here.

Gloriana is most wakeful between 8pm-12 AM and then again in the early morning. She gets roudy as I am trying to sleep. Maybe your little one is more pressed for room?

For the most part, my little one seems to be awake for about 30 minutes to an hour every several hours. Seems like a pretty regular sleeping pattern to me. When the baby is awake, it is quite active. I also notice that the baby tends to wake up somewhere between 6ish and 7 in the morning and then back out by 8am for a couple of hours.

I am not on meds, nor do I take in ANY caffeine or sugar, and this baby NEVER sleeps. It's crazy.

So I wouldn't really worry that it's the meds...I bet it's just the baby.

This kid kicks all the time!

DD did not kick as much at all. He's always spinning and twirling and punching and whatever in there, it's crazy. I can't imagine as he gets bigger how it's going to feel- sometimes he feels like he's trying to get out now, from the front.

As for sleeping, he seems to sleep a lot of the night and move around a lot of the day. That would be cool if he came out and did that too! DD's days and nights were switched for quite a while.

it's like a constant dance party in there! If I'm still, he's moving. I could do with out being woken up in the middle of the night by a big kick. It always jolts me awake and I'm like "WTF was that? oh, pregnant.. right"

Pretty much all day until I lay down for some reason and then she starts nailing me

Seems like he's always moving. He has times when he's more active than others, but it doesn't seem like there is any time that he isn't moving at all.
I'm getting sore. lol
