I don't know if I was notified by pp or not, I don't check those email accounts anymore.

I don't know if there was a notice up in my pp account either, there usually is when they have changes but I haven't checked my pp account in months.

I knew because people were talking about it & discussing it on boards a few weeks ago & moreso over the last 3 days.

Bummer. I guess I am not on the right boards. It's still no excuse for not getting a notification. I am absolutely positive I would have gotten one if it had been sent to me.

Does anyone know if ING allows free money transfers? Someone I know elsewhere thought it might be possible, but wasn't sure.

Yikes! Thanks for the heads up. This is the first I heard of it and I too did not receive an email about it. I always read everything from PayPal.
