Are the vitamins and minerals added to "enriched" and "fortified" foods natural vitamins or synthetic?
Or is it ONLY possible to get true, natural vitamins by consuming true, natural foods?
Chemically, are they the same? Do they benefit our bodies the same way?

but i'm not certain that i believe the folks saying that. i prefer to get the vitamins from whole foods and things like sea salt, grass fed butter, and raw cheeses.
