Hello New to this website, very concerned Auntie, My great neice living with mother, is going to left home all alone beautiful 11 year old girl for the entire summer except on weekends when she comes to her father's home and grandma's. We are all very upset, her residence is in a drug infested area and she doesn't want to be home alone. Can we change the state statues on behavior of the mom doing this to her child?
