I've been having actual contractions since about 2:45am this morning!!! That's only been about 2 hours as of right now, but I've called my MW to let her know what's going on. These were very sudden in onset so I really don't know what to think yet. They started out about 30 seconds long, and now I am up to a minute or more with them being about 5 mins apart. If they stay this way I will be calling my MW back!
