just wanted to say i never saw a mucus plug EVER and i went in to labor...just wanted to give you some reassurance that you dont have to lose your plug to mean things are progressing s!!!!!!!!

Thank you for that info! I did lose my plug with my other 2, one 4 days in advance and the other 3 days in advance, it is nice to know that maybe this could happen any time now, even without several days' notice. This definitely has been a different pregnancy in many ways.

Hey mamas, I'm sorry you're still waiting! I thought I was one of the last and my babe came on the 21st. But, I wanted to let you know that I'm still checking in as often as I can to hear any news and support you both!

Also, I wanted to chime in on the mucus plug thing... I didn't have anything, plug or show until well into my labor. It was probably 5 hours into my labor before I even had a hint of pink when I wiped, so I think its more common than we're lead to believe that you can go full-on into labor without mucus plug or bloody show.

I hope it happens spontaneously for you both any moment now!

and about the plug and show.... I asked my mw about this because I was dilated to nearly 3cm and still had no sign of my plug and she said "its gone" (she knew b/c had done an internal on me). With both my other two there was distinct "plop" of a plug in my underwear. So I was surprised I missed it.

Also about the show she that since this wasn't my first and because of how soft my cervix was its not unusual to not have bloody show as its due to tissues stretching out. Since I was so soft they were stretching without tearing. Found this interesting.

Anyways just thought I'd pass it along.

I'm left too! I was 40 weeks on May 31st, and figured I'd go 'over' so I told everyone the first week of June--which is over.

I finally had my baby on June 9!! 15 days late but a 4 hour labor!
