Wiggle! Jiggle! Squiggle! And other things that end in -iggle.
How is everyone this week? Happy and healthy and staying excited I hope.

The abx seem to be helping with the contractions so I'm assuming they're helping with the bladder infection too... and remember, bladder infections in pregnancy can be totally symptom free so if you start having contractions or feeling a bit off, ask your care provider to test your urine sample for an infection. It only took a moment and if they catch it soon enough you wont need to do the whole abx thing.
Ok, PSA over.
DH got back from his camping trip late last night so hopefully tonight I'll get some sleep. Though this morning our dog was sick all over the first floor so despite the contractions and my own stomach upset I spent a good chunk of time on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor and washing the rugs. Ugh. Might be good for getting the babe into position but not something I'd like to make a habit of! But then dd2's therapist arrived and DD2 got a new chewy tube as a birthday gift from the therapy group.
Yup... my "baby" is two years old today! Yoicks!
Of course, the code officer dropped by while the therapist was here to remind us that the paperwork needs to be in this week. Sigh. I liked the chewy tube gift more.
But we'll probably have a cake tonight, and DH has said he'll dig the sandbox (we're using some of the felled wood to make the wall of the sandbox, so we need to dig a moat to hold the wood and I just can't do it)... which is good since dd2's gifts are mostly sand box related!

.
I have another set of newborn twins to shoot this Friday, so I am totally psyched. Tomorrow I am shooting a 5 week old, and then a 4 month old on Wed. So many babies!!!
I started trying to get our bedroom ready for the crib side car, but could only deal with the mess on the floor (I'm a total packrat, and I have several stacks of stuff and unfinished projects in the corner, yuck) for an hour until I was exhausted. I think I had a bh contraction at that point too. My lower uterus seemed to become tight for a minute or so. The good news is I found a dry erase board for the fridge amongst the stuff I did clean up and made a list of goals for the week. Hopefully DH will get the hint that he can help on these too without me having to ask/nag. I also made a week countdown to baby at the bottom of the board. Less than 9 weeks now! Wow!!!
:
We are off the the specialist this PM.

:

: Fortunately she made contact with a local OB who is sort of her unofficial back up, who is willing to see me next week just in case (and she's covered by my insurance, so the silver lining is that if I have to transfer care I guess my financial picture will be looking up
)
: I'm now remembering how during the third trimester with DD I was staying up until 2 or 3 am and sleeping until 10 or later in the morning. I'm fearing that soon DD and I will BOTH be doing that
).
I hope you find a way to get what you need. If we weren't due the same month I'd gladly pass my stuff on to you.
as if I'll remember) to ask the mw next appointment to help me distinguish baby's parts.
